Cancellation Policy
1. Dino is very committed to your dog's success, and you, the client, are expected to be at least as committed as Dino; that is why there are NO REFUNDS 2. In case you need to cancel a scheduled training session: The session will be rescheduled only if the cancellation request is at least 48 hours prior to the session start time. If you, or whoever is training the dog, arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time of a training session, the session will be considered a no-show and will be canceled without refund or rescheduling. This policy applies equally to sessions held at our facility, your location, or any other location. 3. If your dog is sick, please let us know in advance. If you have a question about what is allowed in training, please let us know. 4. You are required to clean up after your dog. 5. Owners must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations for their dog prior to the session. 6. This is an evaluation and consultation only. Dino does not guarantee any results, outcomes, or any change of your dog's behavior
